Rates: $160 per 45 minute session

Cash, check, or credit card is accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If we are able to reschedule your session within the same business week, no charge is applied to your account. Missed sessions are charged at your regular fee.
Insurance
I do not work directly with insurance. I can provide you with a superbill that includes information required to process an insurance claim. You will need submit this form to your insurance office if you decide to seek reimbursement. Services provided may be covered in part by your health insurance plan.
Please check with your insurance for your coverage information carefully by asking:
Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and how much has been met?
How many treatment sessions per year are allowed?
What is the coverage limitation for each therapy session?
Is approval required by my primary care physician?
